Continuing Professional Education

Many attendees of The Cyber Security Leadership Forum (CLF) are certified by ISACA, ISC2, and/or other associations that grant security credentials. Keeping these credentials current normally requires a number of "continuing professional education" credits (CPEs) to be accumulated each year (1 CPE credit equals to 1 hour of related education). While it varies among different associations, the CPE credits can often be obtained by participating in a variety of online or in-person educational events. It is convenient to have a formal record of attendance of these events in case you are audited by your association. For this reason, the CLF offers a "Certificate of Participation" for each event we host. See example below. Any guest who attends a CLF event can request a certificate for that event. The certificate includes the attendees name, names of the speakers, topic information, date of the event, venue information, and a link to the blog where all the event materials can be downloaded, e.g. the presenters' PowerPoint slides. If you attended a CLF event and would like the respective certificate, please email gib.patt@sailpoint.com
