At WorkForce Software, Mike drove the global expansion of WorkForce’s cloud-based workforce management products from one data center to eight across the US, Europe, Canada, and Australia, and directed all compliance efforts (starting with SAS 70 and moving onto SSAE 16, ISAE 3402, SOC 2, ISO 27001 certifications, plus Safe Harbor and now Privacy Shield Framework certification). Beside securing WorkForce’s corporate and SaaS environments, he is currently leading the effort toward compliance with the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We all believe if we had better funding, we could do a much better job in securing our companies. But our cries for budget compete with the cries from every other department in the organization! Biography:

Chris is a retired United States Marine, he knows something about getting the job done. The Marines provided him the opportunity to develop 11 years in senior management and over 20 years of leading by example. Chris has years of experience in enterprise solutions and business leadership. He specializes in guiding customers through technology transformations; not changing the business, making the technology fit the business.  In addition to leading the Immersion team he has also established strategic partnerships; Quest Software, One Identity and ELEARNINGFORCE International.  Chris has been supporting the “Quest” team since 2003, initially as an employee and now as a partner.
